After the visit, our chef Richard came up with a beautiful Ratatouille served with Cheshire-grown Cauliflower Rice and Seasonal Greens 🫛🥦🥕🍅

Richard, a keen marathon runner, thought carefully about the type of dish he wanted to create - his Ratatouille ticks many boxes!
